Custom Software · Consolidation · Automation
Bespoke business software that pays for itself.
Custom software built around how your business works — so your staff have less to juggle, your time goes to higher-value work, and the gaps you've never had time to fill get filled.
How It Works
From first conversation to a system that keeps improving.
Consultation
You walk me through how your business actually runs — the tools you're using, the gaps you're working around, and the work that takes too long.
Build a demo
I build something to show you it works before you commit. You see the real system against your real data, not a sales deck.
Test and deploy
We test it against your real operations, then roll it live at a pace that works for your team. No big-bang launches.
Maintain and improve
I stay on after launch. As your business changes, the system changes with it — no handoff, no support ticket queue.
What I Do
Two ways I help businesses work smarter.
01
Consolidation
Instead of a CRM here, spreadsheets there, email in one tab, and storage somewhere else — one system, built specifically for your business. Your staff learn one thing, work from one place, and stop losing time switching between tools that don't talk to each other.
Sophie's HQ was built exactly this way.
02
Automation
Automate the work you're already doing manually, or build custom solutions for the gaps you're too busy to fill. No need to hire — just free up your team's time for the work that actually moves things forward.
What I Build
One system for everything your business does.
Instead of juggling a CRM, spreadsheets, email, and separate storage — a single platform built around your operations. Your staff learn one thing, work from one place, and stop losing time switching between tools that don't talk to each other.
Automate the work you never get around to.
AI systems that run in the background — handling content, data processing, reporting, communications — doing recurring work so your team doesn't have to. Free up time for the work that actually moves things forward.
Build what your business is missing.
Most businesses have processes they know they should improve but never have time to address. I build the custom tools that close those gaps — designed specifically for how your operation works, not adapted from something generic.
Case Studies
Five tools replaced by one. Everything in one place.
The problem
Sophie's team was running the business across a collection of disconnected tools — a CRM for client records, spreadsheets for job tracking, email threads for approvals, and separate storage for files. Nothing was connected. Staff spent time manually updating the same information in multiple places, and finding anything meant knowing which tool to check.
What I built
A single custom platform — Sophie's HQ — that brought client management, job tracking, internal approvals, and file storage into one place. Built around how her team actually works, not adapted from something generic. Every piece of information lives in one system, and every action happens within it.
One system, one login
The goal wasn't to build another tool to add to the stack — it was to replace the stack. Staff learn one thing, work from one dashboard, and stop losing time switching between applications that don't talk to each other.
The result
Sophie's team went from five separate tools to one. New starters get up to speed in hours rather than days. Admin time dropped significantly, and errors from manually updating multiple systems disappeared.
What the platform replaced
Client management
All client records, history, contacts, and notes in a single view — no more hunting across spreadsheets and email threads.
Job tracking
Every job tracked from brief to completion, with files, notes, and status all linked together in one place.
Approvals & sign-off
Internal review and approval flows built into the platform — no separate email chains or chasing people across tools.

The output of a full creative team, delivered every week.
The problem
Granite Workwear needed a steady stream of professional marketing content every week — video, imagery, email campaigns — on-brand and compliant with strict industry safety standards. In-house was slow and expensive. Agencies were costly and inconsistent. They wanted the output of a full creative team without the overhead.
What I built
A private, custom content platform that generates their marketing content automatically and delivers it ready to review. It works from their actual products, tone of voice, brand colours, and real logos — so everything feels like them, not stock. Safety-critical requirements are built in as hard constraints and applied automatically, every time.
Human sign-off, built in
Content is generated automatically, but nothing is ever published or sent without someone on their team reviewing and approving it first. They log in, review, approve, and get on with running their business.
The result
The output of a dedicated content-and-marketing team — video, imagery, email — delivered weekly, running quietly in the background at a fraction of the cost. On a platform built entirely around their brand.
Every week, they receive
Video
Professional branded videos every week — voiceover, logo, captions, tailored messaging — built from their actual products.
Imagery
High-quality product imagery matched to their brand colours, tone, and catalogue.
Campaigns drafted, ready to review and send. Campaign management and performance tracking included.

Direct, accountable, and still here after launch.
I'm Isaac. I build AI software directly for clients — no account manager, no middle layer, no handoff to a junior team after the pitch. When something's wrong, you talk to the person who built it. When you need to change direction, you talk to the person who makes the decisions.
I started Isaac's AI because I saw a gap between what businesses actually need and what most software delivers. Generic tools built for everyone rarely fit anyone well. The businesses I work with either need everything consolidated into one place, or need to automate work they don't have capacity for — and neither problem gets solved by buying another subscription product.
Whether it's replacing five disconnected tools with one, or automating work your team doesn't have time for — the approach is the same. Start with how your business actually works, build around it, and stay accountable long after it's live.
How I work
Discovery first
Every project starts with a conversation. I need to understand your business, your pain points, and your constraints before I write a line of code.
Built for one client
I don't build generic tools and sell access to them. Everything I ship is purpose-built for the client I'm working with — your data, your logic, your brand.
Still here after launch
I stay on after the build. As your business changes, the system changes with it — I'm still accountable for what I shipped, not handing it off the moment it goes live.
Flexibility
Whether you need a platform built from scratch or something that slots into the tools you already use, I work with what makes sense for your business. No fixed templates, no forced migrations — just software that fits.
